Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes finding the right fit can take a second try.

As such, returns are easy. To initiate a return please e-mail info@menafashions.com with your name, order number and return request. We’ll review your request and get back to you with further details. 

All returns and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from when you receive your order, the item must be unopened, and in brand packaging.

We advise reading the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.

You may return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from us in 14 days. If you have stretched the products out, washed them or worn them, we cannot accept a refund request as we cannot restock the items according to our policy and hygiene risks. Each item must be complete with original tags and packaging when being shipped to us. Shipping charges will be your responsibility.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. Trackable courier services are recommended when shipping the products to us.

No returns/exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day period.
We will not be held responsible for the shipping duties and fees for any overseas exchange or returns.
You may be refunded the full item price if it satisfies the return and exchange guidelines.
